Tried to create an account using that email, said email was in use, so I'm in their system. For login, use my email and Temp PW sent. Getting started video tells me we want you to be able to use product immediately. Got a "getting started" email immediately. Tell them the email you signed up with and you'll get a pw. We suggest always emailing the trainer, learning more about the program, how the diet works, etc so when it ends you can do it on your own or if you want you can get a new plan. If you have issues/concerns/questions or wanted to have some variety in the food on your diet plan, you can email the trainer assign to you. food that can make you bloated or make you retain some water, etc. You'll get familiar with how your body reacts to a certain food, e.g. Assessing your progress will be easier as well. ![]() Over the course of time, you'll be able to master the diet and the workouts. The same way is applied to workouts which is repeated every week. It's okay to change things up in your meal plan by using the food substitution and you could have informed your trainer about this so he could assist you. This will also help you have a good diet routine. Doing groceries and meal prepping will be easier by eating the same food. There are reasons why the meal plan is supposed to be repeated. That's the purpose of weekly check-ins, for your trainer to know your progress and your feedback regarding the plan.
